liberatory therapy for people of color

individual and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy

About Me

I am a first-generation Indian American queer cis-woman. I am a feminist abolitionist and was born and raised in the Bay Area.

I am coming into my work as a therapist after decades of working closely with incarcerated people and their families. Issues related to systemic oppression, ethical accountability, and collective liberation are central to my work.

My clients describe me as grounded, curious, and warm. I enjoy deep, collaborative, relational work that acknowledges systemic impacts and cultural contexts.

About You:

I especially enjoy working with:

  • queer women of color

  • covid-conscious people

  • people with chronic illness and/or disabilities

  • people experiencing depression, anxiety, and grief

  • incarcerated people, people on parole, and their loved ones

  • people preparing for and/or integrating non-ordinary states of consciousness

  • organizers, activists, and healing practitioners

Services Offered

  • Psychotherapy

Virtual psychotherapy sessions grounded in parts work (internal family systems) and somatic awareness. Grounded in feminist theory, harm reduction, and liberation psychology.

  • Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

In partnership with Isha Health, I provide ketamine-assisted therapy to my long-term clients or as an adjunctive treatment to your ongoing therapy work.
